My Voice Experience

The only experience I have had is entertaining my friends and family. I know they get tired of me sometimes, but I enjoy it, and I enjoy imitating what I hear. I have worked in a call center in the past and would try to imitate the caller’s voices, sounds a little strange, yes, but it is just something I do. I was recently in a training class, the instructor requested that we (the class) use my voice as part of the training scenario, my part was the customer. It was GREAT!

My training came from my family, my father, uncles, grandfather, grandmother. This is the best training, you get to fine tune your skills at the expence of your family.

Additional Skills

I currently research rejected mortgage deeds, I get to call and speak with county offices and title companies as well. I have background in customer service relations, insurance, home equity loans, and as a trainer. I will be graduating in December with a bachelors in Organizational Development, my focus is utilizing my skills in the customer service realm, as a trainer or a change facilitator. I have a strong sense for customer service, and with the baby boomers retiring my skills will be required.
