Voice Description

My voice has a lot of range. Deep, smooth, sexy; I can do exciting action, dramatic flair, comedic, funny and even goofy. I love doing character voices as well. Industrial reads for business commercials and trainings are very easily done with my voice too.

My goal on each read is to feel and then act the script rather than merely to read the words. I can be totally American, ranging from NY Italain to Texas Southern. I can even do some international accents as well, including British, Russian, Indian, Irish, Italian and or French. I can range on situtaional voices too, from raging alcoholic to classic "stoner", or from superhero to evil villain; etc. These are great for audio books, cartoons, movies, etc.

My audition will be as strong as when I get paid to do the real take. I also take direction very well no matter if it's voice mail, messages, onhold, narration, promos, commercials, trailers or other. You are the customer, so your satisfaction is more important than my ego. I aim to please, so satisfaction is always guaranteed.

My Voice Experience

IVR/Phone System for Keane Telecom Consulting - 2008
Clown Voice for National Kids Day radio spot - Final Project for Connecticut School of Broadcasting (CSB) - Graded an A.

As I just graduated from CSB, I am new to the voice over industry, however I have a great many demos to choose from. The IVR phone system was for my former company, but I was asked by many clients to do their IVR recordings as well.

My Training

Graduate - Connecticut School of Broadcasting, January 2011.

Expertly Trained on Voice Over work with industry professionals such as Chip Alfred (voice over), Bob Salter (news broadcasting), Brian Fishman (music radio broadcasting) and Dan Shwartzman (sports radio broadcasting).

Curriculum included voice over techniques and character generation, announcing, audio and video commercial production, copywriting, engineering and proven techniques for delivering live reads for both news and sports

Also expertly trained in editing and multi-track production for audio, using Adobe Audition 3, by audio expert Edward Patrucci.

Additionally, I have video editing expertise using Final Cut Pro, trained by video editing expert Joe D'Agostino.

My Studio Equipment

As a graduate of CSB, I have unlimited access to the best studios, editing programs and equipment in the industry.

I have full blown audio/radio studios as video/tv studios for recording.

I have editing programs such as Adobe Audition and Final Cut Pro.

I work on both MAC and PC.

I also have a small studio at home with microphones, headsets, and Adobe Audition on my laptop for editing.

Additional Skills

After being told my entire life that I have a wonderful and soothing voice made for radio or movie voice overs, and then having children whom I read to each night (many times in character voices), I decided to hone my craft by attending CSB and getting the professional voice coaching and editing knowledge which I knew would be needed to provide a client a professionally done piece of work. I absolutely love the creative approach which I get to take with composing voice over work, because with my incredible range I get to be everyone from the boring teacher in Ferris Buellers Day Off (Ben Stein) to the serious industrial voice over for business trainings, to the ridiculous cartoon voices which I do frequently as well. Be it a sexy voice for a romantic novel audio book, or a stereotypical movie preview voice I enjoy challenging myself on every level.
