My Voice Experience

Dates - June 1990 to June 1995.

Was working with WKPX doing news / informational pieces, Commericals, Public Service Announcements (PSA's) and Afternoon Disk Jockey.

American Call Centers / Fort Lauderdale, Florida

Dates: September 1995 - August 1998.

I was responsible for VO work and On-Hold messaging for customers inbound calls to a call center. Recordings / VO work in English (N.American) and Spanish. Also full time inbound operator for live customer care calls.

Flight Attendant for a Major US Airline / Miami, Florida

Dates: September 1998 - Curently Employed

Requires speaking to large groups of passengers/clients several times a day onboard aircraft with a maximum of 300 passengers. Making announcements in the boarding lounges / airports. Language experience is in English (N American) and Spanish.

My Training

My experience starts with journalism and communications classes during High School. Moved on into "ON AIR" areas of 88.5 WKPX from June 1990 - 1995.

After my time at WKPX, I joined American Call Centers of Fort Lauderdale, Fl. I was asked by management to do VO and On-Hold recordings for customers inbound calls. My work included Government Agencies, Doctor's Offices, Retail Outlets and Private Business. VO and On-Hold recordings done in either English (N American) and/or Spanish depending on customer requests.

Currently I am employed as a Flight Attendant for a major US airline, based in Miami, Fl. I am responsible for making announcements in English and Spanish while delivering various amounts of information to passengers over PA systems.
