My Voice Experience

Jeff Carter started in radio in Boston when he was only 15 years old. Since then, he went on to be the production director for some great radio stations in Cape Cod, Las Vegas, and Orlando.
Currently, Jeff (who goes by Carter on-air) is the midday personality for WOCL-FM in Orlando FL as well as a voiceover actor that does every type of voice over work from on hold messages, commercials and station imaging.
You can hear Jeff as the station voice for many radio and TV stations nationwide, both broadcast and internet streamed, as well as the voice behind commercials from malls and car dealers to theme parks and nightclubs.

My Training

Jeff was trained in Boston by some of the best and most talented radio people in the world (literally!). He was taught how to work a mic by one of the worlds leading radio/tv voiceover talents, and was taught the proper on-air technique by some of the best on-air personalities ever, including a rock and roll hall of fame member. Jeff continued his training at each job he took on from there learning the whole way. Jeff is still a student of production and voice acting, and really believes in that old cliche of 'learn something new everyday'. But, even with lousy cliches like that ... he's actually pretty a cool guy.
