My voice could best be described as: convincing; warm voice; gentle relaxing voice talent; enticing and affable. Always natural and believable. Commercial sounding too.

My native voice is articulate, professional-sounding 'British' accent.

Accents, Impersonations, Characters and Dialects

As for characters, I have developed a strong, loud, posh sounding voice, (a bit "over the top" you might say!) which you might find ideal for selling glitzy stuff, or promoting glamorous shows. (There'a another bloke doing it in London apparently, but this one is a lot cheaper!)

I can do a Welsh accent, country accent, and characters for children's story-telling.

My Voice Experience

I originate from a stable engineering background; back-breaking stuff of course!

I quickly moved up the ranks into broadcasting on a number of radio stations, gaining a lot of knowledge about how to communicate with others, something I enjoy.

My other training includes technical training at the BBC, West End Theatres in London, Cutting Rooms (Manchester), Strongroom (London) and the Voice-over Masterclass, (London).

I have been freelance since 1994, and in total, have been working in this industry for 25 years.

I have also contributed to lectures at The Royal Society, London on sound and audio engineering.
