Jean Marie is a dual American / Australian citizen who grew up in the Midwest of the USA and has spent her adult life living between the two countries. Her background is in the Electronic Music Industry and then International Customer Service & Sales, so she is well versed in both media presentation and communicating with people from all walks of life. She is a professional VO Artist with a great empathy for tone, resonance and communicating with her audience. Her voice has been described most as an International accent with North American undertones and is highly appealing to most demographics. Some highlights of her background include: Performing in numerous amateur theatre productions in both the USA & Australia from the ages of 7 to 18. Producing electronic based music with Ground Level Productions in Melbourne, Victoria Australia from 1989-1996. During this time Jean Marie toured Australia performing live shows ,with numerous spoken word productions. Managing the International Customer Service & Sales divisions for several large blue chip companies including Ansett Australia’s Golden Wing Club 1994-1996, where she oversaw communications across the world with Ansett’s most valued customers. Heading up Team Development at SalesForce Australia 1996-1999 and managing the “group interview” productions for numerous clients Australia wide. Featuring as the VO for numerous corporate & in house multi media productions with SalesForce Australia 1994-1998. Heading up & launching International Communications at Pharmacyonesource 2000, the USA’s leading professional portal for pharmacists. Writing & producing numerous musical compositions with electronic media 2000-2010 Numerous Radio ads for community radio in Melbourne & Hobart, Australia 25 years experience speaking to the world and communicating with people from all walks of life. I have an Audio Production Suite including Reaper and Abelton Live platforms with several professional studio mics for an excellent sound production. My husdand is a professional Sound Engineer with over 20 years experience doing live sound and digital recordings in Australia and the USA. He oversees all my VO productions. I am passionate about the world of electronics & technology and have an empathetic VO tone for related products. I am well suited to communicating with people on a global,international level. I am a vegetarian cook, love the natural world and spending time exploring nature. I study theraputic aromatherapy & botanical essential oils for health and wellbeing - as well as produce all my own skin care and related household products.
