Accents, Impersonations, Characters and Dialects

I come from New York, and can do various boroughs dialects (fuggedaboutit), as well as Cockney (Guv'nor), a high British one (Beg your pardon), and a deep US Southern one (Y'all), an authentic French (Monsieur), and an Italian that will make you want to order some vino (anda somea linguine).

My Voice Experience

I worked behind the sound board for years, starting at Grey Advertising in New York, as well as acting as A Stage Manager for ages. The most common comments I received were... "Why are you on that side of the board?" and "Your voice on the headset sounds like a commercial!"

I finally decided to take everyone's advice, and have flipped to the other side of the board, and have acted in films and on stage... still getting the same reaction to my deep, sultry voice.

My Training

I studied Acting at Long Island's School of the Arts, the BOCES Cultural Arts Center. I've also been an Editor of a rock and roll magazine, a somewhat famous rock and roll photographer, and, as stated above, an engineer at Grey Advertising in NYC.
