My Voice Experience

In professional commercial broadcasting since 1978, doing both on-air and voiceover work. Am currently the Production Manager for a cluster of six broadcast properties- with the same company since 1983 and in this position since 2000. Have done numerous voiceovers for industrial videos, animated features, tv and radio commercials (including on-camera work), interactive corporate training cd-roms.

My Training

Trained mostly on the job over the years. Have a good ear for the rhythm and inflecton of copy. As a musician, I hear how using pitch and emphasis enhances the meaning behind the words.

Adobe Audition software, Neumann U87 mic

Sing and play muliple instruments (with varying degrees of skill) including guitar, fiddle, bass, keyboards.
