Voice Description

Jason's voice is unusual - in that it can be deep, but then it can be quite high and nasal. He comes across as quite official, presentable and well spoken, but then can also immediately switch to being full of characters. This is probably due to his upbringing - he lived in the Berkshire for 20 odd years so had a home counties accent, then went to Wales for 2 years, the USA for 1 year, back to Reading town for 4 years, then Bristol for the last 7 years. This mix 'n' match of locality means he can also switch between personas with relative ease.

But his voice is also unusual in other ways - childhood asthma means he has developed a way of breathing differently. He has a huge lung capacity and can be very loud and full of presence; in essence his voice is not like any you may have heard before as it doesn't confirm to the 'norm'.

He can pretty much turn his hand to any voice work, and accents with some research, so he comes highly recommended.
