My Voice Experience
I received my training from the Marla Kirban Voiceover Studios under the direction of Bruce Kronenberg located in Mid-town Manhattan, New York City. I landed my first voiceover gig with Google, which was a two and a half minute instructional video informing users a new way of reading news online. The video can be viewed by typing Living Story into YouTubes search box.
My Training
I completed my voiceover training from the Marla Kirban Voiceover Studios under the direction of Bruce Kronenberg in December 2009 shortly after receiving my Masters degree in Counseling Psychology from New York University. In addition to my voiceover training, I attended an on-camera coaching class with casting director, Roger Del Pozo.
In addition to working at a non-profit corporation by day, I also perform with the Japanese drumming group, Soh Daiko, throughout the New York City region, which include performances at Fashion Week, David Letterman and Good Morning America.
My Studio Equipment
I currently have an AT2020 USB Cardioid Condenser Microphone. I use Garageband on my Macbook to record audio. I may send recordings via mp3 or CD.
