My Voice Experience

As a corporate trainer and mental health professional, I have recorded numerous seminars on relaxation techniques, stress management, conflict resolution, and promoting health and wellness. My work also includes 'mental health tips' that serve as messages on hold, as well as the production of voice mail greetings, corporate announcements, and public service announcements.

In my various career capacities, I have also conducted radio and television interviews to promote my employers as well as to discuss mental health topics of interest.
