Voice Description
My voice is very flexible. It is playful, fun, sensitive, serious. It ranges and changes as I am animated so too is my voice.
For commercial work it can be very warm and inviting or very serious and matter-of-fact or completely off beat and comedic in a character Scottish or Cockney accent..
For telephony it can be cheery, simple and accessible when doing various voice overs or other voice projects.
For narrations, whether it be a childs book or an adult book, it will change with the mood. From deeper and darker to warmer and inspiring.
I have multiple facets to myself and my voice.

My Voice Experience
My first voice over project was that of the voice of God in an independent endeavor in a short but good film. What a great first opportunity.
I wish very much to have the opportunity to use the gifts that were given me in this type of creative capacity. I have wonderful variety of life experiences that are my palette to draw from. I wish to share this spectrum in a voiced capacity.
I am well spoken and yet a nutty chap at the same time. Guess I should thank my folks for that...
My Training
Edge Studio in NY gave me my first beginnings in this field. That is where I trained and did my demo.
I had originally gone there and done a couple of reading classes and then thought to delve deeper upon David's recommendation. I then purchased a "package" of training and a demo. It was good as it allowed me to work with various people in an attempt to sculpt my voice a bit.
Shakespeare, theatre, some musical theatre, some film, tv and life have given me the chance to find out about myself, my voice and my life which contribute to the nuances of me and how I share vocally.
I studied audio engineering using Soundforge, helped rebuild my college Television studio and have done a bit of video editing taboot..

Additional Skills
In college my art teachers called me the "Renaissance Man" as I was not afraid to try things and usually I could pull them off quite well.
I studied art (classical, ceramics, sculpture, drawing), martial arts, various racquet sports (tennis, racquetball, badminton) and competed at various levels. I have been a martial artist for sometime. Played intramural football, taught martial arts, racquetball tennis, fitness.
I am presently certified in New York State Law Enforcement including police mountain biking. I am a certified locksmith, jeweler and bike mechanic.
I am currently employed as a jeweler and have been working a couple of computer certifications as well, including my A+ and CWNA.
I enjoy people, enjoying communicating and would love to be a motivational speaker or do book, documentary or other similar voice over work. That is essentially me in a nutshell...
