Voice Description
I am a former college radio D.J. and an award - winning public speaker who has raised my voice in the course of doing everything from public service announcements to classroom presentations. I can take on a "smooth and professional" voice for radio, classroom, and workplace presentations. Further, I occasionally use a falsetto voice for comic purposes and have adopted a pro wrestler's steroid - driven bellow in voiceover classes.

The closest thing I have to sustained voiceover experience is my work as a college radio D.J. From 2002-2005, I hosted a weekly, three hour show on WCNI Radio at Connecticut College in New London, Connecticut. On the show, I interviewed student activists and entertainers, read P.S.A.s, talked about current events, and introduced music.

B.A., Philosophy, Connecticut College (2004)
Voiceover classes: Edge Studio, NYC (2011 - present)

Additional Skills
I can speak basic Spanish and I am willing to explore Spanish - language projects. Furthermore, at Connecticut College, I was twice awarded the Cady Prize for Oration, which plays to my passion for poetry and "dramatic readings." Finally, on the advice of Jay Snyder at Edge Studio in New York City, I am in the process of recording ten demo voices for children's programs.
