My Voice Experience
My most recent voice work was done for Brinker International. I was in two Chili's training videos that were shown nation wide. The first of the two videos was read off of a teleprompter with a partner. I also did the kitchen learning portion of the video which was all voice over. The second video I did for Chili's was an all team member video like the first. I wrote and directed this one. I also was in a portion of this video revealing a hospitality building strategy. The videos included on and off camera exposure. The rest of my voice training is just on stage performing. I did plays and musicals.
My Training
I have a B.S. in Journalism Strategic Communications from the University of Kansas. At Ku, I took numerous classes on the history and practice of TV and radio work. I was also a Camera man, Technical Director, and Director of the Jayhawk Sports Talk TV program on the Univeristy Channel. At Ku I produced commercials for class that included voice overs. I also have experience with video editing using Final Cut Pro.
My Studio Equipment
I do not currently own my own studio equipment. I do have a close friend that has built a sound studio, but I do not know the details of his equipment. There are several professional studios in the Kansas City area.
Additional Skills
I have a history of singing and acting on stage. I have also written fictional and non fictional videos and edited them personally. I have a working knowledge of Final Cut Pro and imovie. I have also studied film.
