Voice Description

Not too deep, but just deep enough to resonate and be heard over every other voice in the library. When reading a story or narrating my voice tends to jump all over the place, although it is controlled. I've been told I have a "sexy" voice, a "good radio" voice, a "wonderful telephone voice", a "warm and conversational voice". I think thats just swell! My voice has the strange effect of sounding "sarcastic" to some people. But I just dont see it. However, it does command attention. THIS JUST IN: Sensually vibrant. <-- wow, thanks Dana.

My Voice Experience

I've done mostly retail jobs, dealing with customers on a daily basis. I've also sold things not with an aggressive style of talking, but more as a matter-of-factly type of speech. I've done presentations, speaking clearly and drawing the ears of an audience. I've had to talk, regardless of the job. And during these jobs, they threw me the dissatisfied customers, mostly because I can "talk nicely" to them.

My Training

No training. Unless you consider Speech Class in College to be training, and a little bit of Power, Persuasion, and Propaganda class. I've done a couple school plays.
