My Voice Experience
I have spent 10 yrs in a Call Centre Environment [American Express Canada] where the use of my voice was one of the the main tools used to reasure an agrieved customer. My call were sometimes used in traing to demonstrated positiveness,tone and clarity. I currently use Audacity to record some voice reading.
My Training
I have a College Certificate in Call Centre.
Spent approximately 10 year teaching in Continuing Education - in Trinidad.
Performed with Musical Choirs in my Primary and Secondary school
I performed reading activities -[namely Bible passages} at the Church I formerly attended
