I have a rich, warm and inviting voice. Without much effort have been accused of trying to sound sultry and sexy.

You can expect a natural mid-west voice talent that is easily understood by all or most English speakers unless the purpose of the recording is to have an accent.

In this regard, my preference is for a Southern or British accent. I also play a good snob when necessary.

My Voice Experience

My experience has mainly been in the "live" setting of public speaking, narration of plays and productions.

I briefly worked at a radio station as an intern, where I recorded a radio promo spot.

My Training

I have a B.A. in Journalism - The Ohio State University - June 1997. Focus: Public Relations

I installed my own Home Studio and taught myself how to use it. Even though I am not promoting myself as a voice "producer", I have access to those tools. I am using Cakewalk's Sonar 4 and Project 5 version 2.

I have taken a few acting classes and I find it easy to become new characters.

I have worked in corporate america and currently in the government sector. Previously, due to my experience working as a clerical temporary, I have been able to work with a variety of different people and personalities successfully.

I am also a singer/songwriter. This was my initial reason for purchasing home studio equipment.

While personable and flexible, I am results-oriented. I like to deliver a quality product and am willing to work with clients.
