My Voice Experience

I'm in my first year of voiceover work, and already I've done promos and podcasts for an internet radio station, several corporate DVDs, and a pilot for a children's infotainment series. While at university in the UK I narrated documentaries for programmes made by trainee producers at ITV London, and I've also recorded English language learning CDs.

My Training

I've undertaken voiceover narration training and workshops at Edge Studio in New York City, and I'm continuing with workshops and seminars there so I'm always learning and improving.

I've also undertaken training on building and maintaining a home studio in order to produce consistently high-quality recordings.

I studied BA Print Journalism at the University of Westminster, London, where I was a newsreader for the university radio station, and I had the chance to do voiceover work by doing documentary narration for projects created by film and TV students.

Additional Skills

My career has been spent working in wine, food and European travel, and I am also a freelance writer specializing in these areas.

I've also worked as an occasional comedy writer for BBC Radio.

My other passions include history (especially World War II), sport (particularly cycling, rugby, cricket and soccer), cookery and British comedy.
