My Voice Experience
Apart from a few personal projects for my other career as an independent filmmaker and animator, I am just beginning my career in voice-over work.
My Training
I am almost entirely self-taught. My primary education has come from being an avid consumer of the types of media necessary for such a job.
My Studio Equipment
Neumann, Shure, Audio Technica, Beyer Dynamic, Sennheiser, AKG, Tascam, Mackie, Allen & Heath mixing console xing console with valve pre amps, TL Audio valve compressor, Lexicon, Digitech, Behringer etc aswell as industry standard Yamaha NS10 Studio Reference Speakers.
Additional Skills
My training as a filmmaker has meant I have a working knowledge of the British film industry, having performed jobs on student productions such as writer/director/editor/boom operator and runner.
I have also been involved in television work as a runner for the BBC and have acted in innumerable student films, including those I have written and directed and those of others who have called on me to perform.
I am currently approaching the final term of Film School and am looking for a means to support my efforts as an independent writer/director, which I believe voice work will provide. I have access to a professional recording studio in my local area and intend to use this to submit auditions to potential employers.
