My voice is varied and can pitch reasonably high and moderately low.
On one hand a smooth delivery for narrations and an almost over-the-top John O'Hurley type presentation.
Comedic high and low octave for character type of finishes. Limited impressions but capable of cartoonish characters.
Voiceover best exemplified as "in character" type of commercials.
Specialist in telephone on hold type of applications.

My Voice Experience

I started in radio in 1990 and had a flair for the dramatic on-air. Not satisfied with just being an announcer but rather a personality.
Voiceover "over-acting" has either been a curse or a god send depending on how you look at it.
Used as a voice over for several "on-hold" type of businesses both locally and internationally at times.
Voiceover for the local cable media for several years.
Starred in Television commercials for present employer and as an actor for local print publication.
Enjoy scripted character voiceover spots where I play the part, the antagonist, the victim, the answer.

My Training

Much of my education and experience is based on a separate full time career in sales and marketing.
I DO however have a diploma from the Atlantic Media Institute in Halifax which kicked off my earlier career in the media.

My Studio Equipment

Pro Tools 6.1, Boehringer Mixer, a ridiculously pricey microphone and more equipment than I'll ever put to good use.
