More than 40 years in engineering, design, construction, manufacturing, inspection, management, quality assurance, safety, quality audits, management audits, all as an active participant and as a consultant in the design, development and licensing of power plants. Prepared materials for and conducted seminars around the United States, some lasting for a period of a week or more. Although there were detailed notes, I spoke/lectured extemporaneously for the most part, referring to the notes primarily to keep on schedule. As a licensed Realtor, I prepare and follow "scripts" in developing business leads. I have read and studied acting and vocal training techniques for use in preparing and making presentations to clients. I conduct a real estate maintenance business as well as an income tax preparation business. I serve and have served on Boards of Directors for performing arts groups, for senior sports activities, and as a member of the Arapahoe County (Colorado) Cultural Council which evaluates Grant Requests and allocates monies to approximately 80 non-profit organizations (nominally totaling $1,000,000 each year).
