Presently, my professional name is Jamison Shae, however I'm awaiting clearance from AFTRA to have it changed to my given name of James Leay. My voice style is generally your charismatic, urban, street-smart, straight talking Metropolitan.

There's no point in downplaying the fact that I've been blessed with a unique, resonating voice ideal for radio/tv imaging, promo & trailer work. However, I can also deliver the sarcastically amusing quality for commercials, the storyteller feeling for narrations, the gritty street thug character for Video Games, etc., etc. I bring a wealth of versatility with me to every project.

The beauty of this art form we call Voiceover is that we are empowered to experiment with a multitude of life experiences, personality traits, etc., in order to make the performance believable. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS CRAFT and ALL of the challenges that it presents.
