My voice range is Mid to Low. I can speak with entonations or intense characterizations. Soft spoken for mood description or professional, up beat and fast for Dynamic Presentations.

Fluent in Castillian Spanish as well as most Spanish accents of Catalan, Basque, Andalusian. I can also reproduce Mexican, Ecuadorian, Argentine, Cuban and Venezuelan.

My principle experience is in Radio and Radio Spot Production. These rely heavily on characterization and voice alteration.

My Training

I have a degrees from SLU in communications and Spanish. I started Volunteering at a local radio station 10 years ago, helping sort records and music lists; I was asked to fill in one night as a co-host and then my oportunities snow balled into bigger and better chances to work with my voice. My ability to do Spanish voice work gave me many oportunities to work with the emerging hispanic community here in Saint Louis and that gave rise to me becoming the first Radio Producer for the local market. I have done Voice work through local studios as well as my own productions with my in home studio. I have learned much of what I know by exposure as well as the "ol'school of hard knocks" and have taken some formal training and tips from my collegues in the radio industry.

I have pioneered and opened many of the exsisting oportunities for Spanish Voices in Saint Louis (through Radio).

I am also a photographer/ journalist in Saint Louis and Spend considerable time talking to industry professionals, which keeps me abreast of new developments and evolutions of media and technology as well as methodologies.

Additional Skills

I think I have great intrapersonal skills and an ability to work with several projects at once. My voice is cultured and trained to work many hours to get things done quickly.

My ability to speak, read, write and think in Spanish give me a dynamic edge in how I process information. I also have an extensive vocabulary which allows for proper translation from one language to the next.

My ability to do Translation work is also beneficial for cost savings to the client as they can eleminate hiring a third party to that end.
