Voice Description

I would describe my overall natural voice as soft but vocally firm and honeyed. I have a deep laughter, but a sweet sigh, my mouth is wide, and my english accent sounds highly sophisticated, at times dark and mysterious; at other times witty, quick and cynical. I'm 26, but it's been suggested many times, that over the phone and via audio application, my tones have that of an old wise soul, but youthful and present, never dated. It's a storybook voice, with variation in definition.

Accents, Impersonations, Characters and Dialects

I can perform a variety of british accents, ranging from dialect to class, to social position. I also do a very convincing female voice, that's higly seductive and feminine. I can do teenagers, young boys, silly and dumb witted performances and authoritian brutes. I like to indulge in dark characters, the villains of this world, and give them a likebale factot so the audience is rooting for them rather than the hero.

My Voice Experience

Ive not had much experience with being employed with my voice over skills, but I'm keen and very eager to break into the realm of being a voice over artist. I read excessively, and practice numerous voice ideas and voices daily to expand on my skill. I was a stage actor in my youth, but I don't think that is the ends to a mean of my voice. Experience, intelligence and observation is what Ive learned to adapt to expand my vocal ranges. For example, I know what I like in a voice, and how just even the mere splatterings of a very words from someone's lips, can give a person an instant judgement to their chracter, either fair or unfair. It's all such an interesting act.

My Training

My training began with my learning and watching. Ive watched and listened to voice overs and seen many examples of actors to expand my knowledge and experience of what's concise and what isn't. I studied drama at GSCE and A-Level, and soon discovered that my voice on stage and at read throughs, was a presence itself, and could be utilised behind the scene's. I feverish blog via MySpace, and when I'm typing and writing, and can hear a range of voices, smouldering inside my head, like it's dictation of the inner self, the inner actor within me.

My Studio Equipment

I have all the necessary experiement to record my voice and edit various components via my PC. The knowledge is extensive and duly covers areas of completeing a piece of published voiceover work.

Additional Skills

I'm keen on culture and reading and writing. I blog daily, via MySpace and twitter, and gain as much scoop as I can on different prose. In a way, this prose can be inverted into voice, whether that be slow and descriptive, or punchy and fast paced. It gives the mind a certain edge, an edge that can be very adaptable to letting the voice have command over varoius roles for voice recording.
