My Voice Experience

Radio! I've been in the industry for 20 years and in that time have played everyone from a Dalek to Darth Vader and from Mick Jagger to Captain Kirk as part of the various drivetime and breakfast shows I have hosted. Mainly though I talk in my own accent, which is North London (I was born in Middlesex and grew up in Hertfordshire). Obviously when in a radio station environment, station producers will ask you to voice show trailers, station promos and other lines and drops as they need - and I was no exception.
My career in radio started at Hallam FM in Sheffield, England. Since then my show has gone on to win five Sony Radio Awards and I have enjoyed hosting successful programs on National and Regional radio, including a networked evening show for the Local Radio Company. BTEC National Diploma in Performing Arts with Distinctions.

Pro Tools LE, Adobe Audition, two Beyer Dynamic M201 mics, one SM58 mic. Yamaha mixing desk, ISDN Prima 110 codec.
