My Training

I am currently studying for a journalism degree in Coventry (spending time on and off between Coventry and Cheltenham) which involves extensive training in the field of broadcast journalism, as well as media production: how to use analogue and digital radio studios; how to broadcast live on-air without making any mistakes, for example.

I believe that the fields of broadcast journalism and voice work are inextricably linked, and that this should stand me in good stead when it comes to voice work in the future.

I am also a confident public speaker, having participated in various competitions. This includes two entries into the National Youth Parliament competition with my secondary school, where I was an important part of the team that secured two top-five finishes in the national finals (’07 and ’08).
