My Voice Experience

Living among microphones, turntables and blossoming ideas as producer and sound designer for CHIN and Club246 Radio. He is the vice president of Club246 and together with his partner, Maxx Scholz, established the only FM (100.7FM Toronto, 97.7FM Ottawa) electronic music station which also airs on the Internet.

Jakub Checinski aka JCtheDJ hails from Wrocwal, Poland and now resides in Toronto after moving there from North Bay, Ontario where he met Maxx Scholz.

JC’s distinct radio voice and DJ sound is best described as sultry and smooth. He also co-hosts and produces the syndicated radio show

In the 246 LAB JC has some of his own productions, Black Magic, a forthcoming digital release on Ap2.ca and other original productions, Fearless J and Humidex. JC has also done some remixes for the ever popular label, Existence Records.

JC also hits the decks at many of Toronto’s popular nightclubs opening and closing for the best of the best Canada has to offer such as, DJ Sneak, Rukus, Deko-ze, Manzone and Strong, Myka and Evil P. Through his professional travels he has played in, Sudbury, Barrie, North Bay, Kitchener, Ontario and of course over seas in his homeland, Poland.
