My Voice Experience

Currently, I do a lot of voice commentary during video game play, which has attracted various machinima and online voice and radio play creators to ask for my assistance with voices in their shows. I have worked on seventeen different parts in parodies, comedies, action shows, and dramas that can be considered student projects. All of these have simply been in an effort to produce free online shows for the entertainment of viewers on such sites as YouTube. In my video game commentaries I have done plenty of reading to the audience of notes and story from the games as well as creating a free audio book for Call of Cthulhu by H.P. Lovecraft.

My Training

My main training has been through creating video game commentaries and working with various shows online. I have learned to shape my voice for those shows and have always had a smooth normal speaking voice.

Additional Skills

I work heavily with customers globally over the phone, speaking with them about technical issues and training them on how to fix or avoid issues should they arise in the future. Because of this phone based customer service, I am constantly speaking with people who can be upset due to being frustrated with an issue making it necessary to communicate clearly and in a calm manner to tone down a customer's anxiousness and frustration. Customers almost always feel they have spoken with a knowledgeable and friendly representative that makes them feel at ease after having spoken with myself.
