Voice Description

My voice has a traditional narrator smoothness, a baritone that conversationally keeps the text flowing. I sound like I have a natural excitement and reassuring smile when pitching commercial products. Scaling back the pep but keeping the intensity is my ideal delivery for corporate presentations. As well, working as a comedic performer, I can easily flow in and out of off key characters with specific character traits (ie sarcastic, drunk, stupid, arrogant).

My Voice Experience

My voice appears as a racist commentator in Ken Burns' Unforgivable Blackness: The Rise and Fall of Jack Johnson.

Most recently, my voice has appeared on MSNBC as a drug addict on Al Roker Reports: Generation Rx.

I was used for the scratch tracks narration for multiple including TruTV's 'The Atocha Adventure' and Spike TV's 'DEA: Newark'.

I have previously made several public service announcements for the New York regional charity site.

I consistently volunteer reading books on tape for Reading for the Blind and Dyslexic

My Training

I have trained under the expert tutelage of Susanna Dalton, a 30 year veteran of voice over work and premier performer both on and off camera.

I regularly perform sketch and stand up comedy around New York City. I also perform in various online sketches.

I have a degree in film production, make a portion of my living working as a video editor, and have taken multiple public speaking and storytelling courses.

My Studio Equipment

I have access to the same sound proof booth used by Al Roker to record all his VO reads for his various shows.

Additional Skills

As a video editor, I am well versed with working with voice over talent as well as producers. I try to utilize my knowledge from all three fields to present a product that works for everyone.
