Voice Description

Have worked many years as a telephone customer service representative and currently supervise a call center. My voice has been described as many things throughout the years. On the job professional and stern. Others have commented is as warm, sexy and soothing. I have special way of making even the most irate customers calm down by simply adjusting the tone of my voice.

I have been the voice of current place of employment for 12 years. My voice is on all the incoming and outgoing messages. Our clients; which consist of College Universities throughout the US and Banking Intuitions have offered up KUDOS to me and my employer and have often contacted me personally to find out why I was not in the voice over business. People of all walks of life; my landlord, my doctor, my dentist and my friends continually insist this is the business I should be in.

I am able to change my voice to fit the situation. I am often called upon by friends to do practical jokes on their friends due to my ability to mimic different persons. I can mimic a British, Irish, Asian, Middle Eastern, and African American accent.

My Voice Experience

As mentioned, I have conducted all the IVR and inbound/outbound voice messages on the company IVR system and Audio system.

I have a small amount of Radio behind me. I have done radio commercials. I sing for hire at Weddings, Funerals, Beauty Pageants, etc...

School teachers have asked me to come by and read at story time because I am able to entertain the children with my voice.

My Training

Unfortunately, I have not had any formal training. It is a natural talent that no formal training could have developed. I have no professional acting or singing behind me but am constantly being asked to speak and sing at local events.

Additional Skills
