My Voice Experience

I have a varied vocal experience from singing in local bands to working with professionals in studio session, recording several different styles from folk, to pop to R&B,childrens songs, acoustic and dance.

I have used my spoken voice on multimedia CD Roms and podcasts, and jingles / adverts for radio.

My Training

Having sung from an early age, I have always had a natural vocal talent. Playing brass instruments helped to make my voice strong and easy to control and drama workshiops helped develop a variety of different styles.

Working in the multimedia industry I was asked to be the voice over on a number of CD's as guide vocal and seemed to be fairly natural so I pursued it as a career.

I currently study sound and vocal production at the Leeds college of music and record jingles for radio in the UK and the USA both singing and vocal

Additional Skills

As an in house trainer and multimedia designer I have great interpersonal skills. I run my own company so working to time and budget is second nature. More recently I am involved with marketing and branding for radio stations and internet marketing of bands and artists. As a prodcast producer I have a wide and varied experience in working with sound and studios.
