My Voice Experience
On my very first job in media in 1992, I was hired to act and do on/off camera voice over for a twenty minute training film, 'Something About Joe', for teachers, on how to look for child abuse in the schools. Since I had no prior experience, they asked if I thought I could recite material on camera and be at ease. I answered that after I read what the subject matter was, I was positive I could set aside my stage fright and perform. The job went smoothly and the film went on to win a national award for best public service announcement.
Since then, I have done a number of public service announcements and a few voice overs for corporate presentations.
I approach each job with enthusiasm and an open mind.
