Voice Description

My voice is originally professional, like that of an articulate accountant. It sounds a bit squeaky and every word is pronounced correctly and fully.

I can have a comedic monotone voice concerned only about the facts. A matter-of-fact voice, if you will.

I also have fun with a british accent as well as the voice of a gangster from the ghetto.

Even though I believe character voices is where I am best suited, I can add enough bass in my voice to convincingly project either comfort and/or professionalism.

My Voice Experience

I have no detailed experience in the actual voice over industry, but I have been told that I sound like anything from a strong Black man to a cartoon character.

I take customer service calls at work and I have to decide on who I want to sound like to not draw attention to myself. Sometimes I would want to talk in a british accent, but I would be afraid of having to lie if a customer asked where I was from.

My Training

I have been in theatre nearly my whole life. Growing as a thespian had to do in large part with the tone of your voice when you deliver certain lines.

I have no experience in the voice over industry, but I believe that theatre and knowledge of the film industry has prepared me for whatever may come my way in this industry.

Additional Skills

When dealing with customers over the phone, I had a lot of fun with different voices. I have quite the range. I am a grown man that can sound like a young woman, if that gives you any idea.

I don't believe that I have thought all the possibilities with my voice. I have a plethora of voices at my disposal and I'm able to use them accordingly.
