Voice Description
Typical speaking voice (read: most practiced in customer service) is medium to rapid-fire medium-high tenor with a bubbling and fey mien.
when speaking over a phone I drop my intonation and tempo to a slower and clearer medium tenor
When making announcements over a loudspeaker I drop my voice to a clear and nearly accentless low tenor/medium baritone(?) to make sure I am understood.
I speak mostly North American book-english prefering to speak as close as possible to the way things are spelled as possible and still remain understood. I speak colliqual American/southern Californian only as protective camoflage
I dabble in languages, having picked up a functional chunk of Spanish, a smaller bite of Japanese, and scattered bits of Welsh, German, French, Latin, Italian (the latter two I was taught how to sing in)
As far as shifting my voice and speach around to present different impressions I can only go with what I associate them with.
sexy(masculine): Low Barritone purr with dark vowels and lingering over sylables and words as if savoring them.
sexy (androgyn): High bariton/medium-low tenor lilts teasingly, savors certain words, coquettish with the turns of phrase.
presenting: Smooth clear speach generally confined to one range. Confident, slightly detatched and with a bare inflection of the accents in the room.
Narration: Much like presentation, save that the voice stretches toward an approximation of any seperate "character voices" during dialogue.
Wallflower: shy and self-effacing this voice is soft only rising above a murmur with obvious reluctance. Speach patterns are stuttery and uncertain or poured out in a rush to get the conversation over with.
Outcast: Sullen and easily irritated this voice typically rests at a syrupy thick medium-to-low baritone rising only when snarled and roughenned by anger.
Pleasant:medium to high-tenor rapid-fire words but gets toungue-tied or at a loss for the right word often bouncy, bubbly with an optimistic response for everything and alternative words to express displeasure (examples: buttons! Feathers!)
Arrogant/snobbish: quasi-british accent and neat formations of sounds tend to lend to the impression that this voice has a broom up it's back.
Tranquil: Melodic rising and falling, unhurried voice dulled/blurred edges of consonants this voice is like warm, slightly viscious liquid, Encouraging relaxation.
goblin: rough growly and distorted, a voice of furtive malevolence, gleeful ill intent.
anthropomorphic animals (talking) (Cat, Snake, dog)merely a variarion upon any of the other voices drawing out or exagerating the sounds common between the particular animal and spoken english.
Animal sounds
Canine/lupine/vulpine:moderate to very fluent (Barking, whining, howling, yip, snarl, snap, etcetera)
Feline (domestic) moderate fluency
Song Bird: -yes you read correctly I have an uncommon style of whistleing (using my toungue and palette) that sounds quite similar to birdsong. In that I have a full octave range.

My Voice Experience
Really I'm a rank amature. I became interested in the idea of voice acting while watching japanese animation with my young nephews. To entertain them while babysitting I would try to copy the creature voices from pokemon or shift my voice for each character in a story while reading aloud.
Currently I work in retail sales at Wal-mart as a telephone operator and overnight recieving associate.
Other those that I have only reading aloud or toying with accents and speach mannerisms to amuse myself as experience.
My Training
Five years choral voice instruction
Three years each High school level drama and audition-only choir. One year each as Baritone, and first tenor Barbershop quartet
