My Voice Experience

Ian Bellion has worked in broadcasting for well over 30 years. He's appeared on both sides of the microphone and camera in an enormous range of programmes and has been heard on landmark shows like The Clothes Show, Countryfile and Tracks.
Most recently he narrated 35 episodes of "Mind Your Own Business" for BBC1, the Maverick TV documentary "Director's Debut" and the introductory video to the TNT annual conference. He voiced the latest national TV ads for Bassetts Soft n' Chewy Multivitamins.
Ian also recorded links for the 2008 edition of BBC's "Gardeners World Live" and is a feature voice on a forthcoming international computer game. Recently completed: 2 documentaries for Exol Oil and an animation "House of Little Horrors" for NHS Direct. Currently airing: CNN International "Autumn of Change". Just recorded: Voices for 2 leading characters in CharacterShop's animated stage show for Pontin's Holiday Centres plus a talking book for youngsters soon to be published by Flutterbye Books.

My Training

Early voice training at the Whittaker-Lumsden School was followed by theatre work - Ian ran a touring theatre company for 25 years. He also worked regularly for a major national broadcaster for a total period of 32 years - ample time to learn the tricks of the trade. Never happier than when in the dubbing theatre matching wonderful words to fantastic pictures!
