Voice Description

Youthful and energetic for anime and video games, seductive and dark like a brash young vampire, sly and sneaky for undercover spies, commanding and powerful like a battlefield commander. I can be the hated but misunderstood villain, or the lovable klutz that just happens to save the world and get the girl.

My normal, speaking voice is calm and soft but it can pump up the volume to rally troops to glorious battle...or go into places few dare enter, like a demon summoned to do his dark master's dire biddings.

I don't just read dialogue, I allow myself to become the character, complete with any acting (though no one but my wife and cat will see it) that may go with it.

American, Scottish, English and in the fantasy vein of it. I can be an elf or a dwarven warrior. Alien dialects such as those you might hear in a schi-fi show such as Babylon 5 or Star Trek.

My Voice Experience

I recorded voice overs for Where Ya At productions to advertise hot new clothes for the urban crowd.

I performed the lead voice of animated super spy Black Zero: Mercenary Ant. He's an ant who means business man!

I played the voice of a totally evil tree in the short film "The Window Pain." The tree was hungry, the tree was angry...I became a tree, hear me roar!

Currently I use my voice to produce training videos on how to use software. I have done tutorials on applications such as Apple iLife, Adobe Photoshop CS3, Adobe Flash, Corel Painter, and more.

I am also a professional author, with over 40 books published to date, ranging from children's, to comic books, to technology. My company is also a professional animation firm, producing DVD titles for clients across the United States. I also worked as an animation art director on the cult hit TV series, Mutant League, designing several characters, uniforms, props and sets, as well as story boarding the first two episodes.

I am an avid video gamer and practice voices everyday, driving my wife nutty. But that's what marriages is all about.
