Voice Description

My voice has what I like to call, variety, I can sound like a little child as well as put effective deepness in it. At times, I'll change it to sound county, foreign, sexy and yes as you've mentioned... professional. Nothing would be greater than to put these voices to the test. For years I've played around with this talent, but never thought for a second to put it to use for example, the childlike voice, it just stuck around just for this moment. While attending Specs Howard School of broadcast Arts, I wrote a Johnson & Johnsons baby powder commercial just to be doing something, found the most perfect music and voiced it over, It turned out great. I still have classmates who perform projects at home, like myself that want to use the baby voice. Other than that I have several voiceover projects that proves my range. One of them would be the clothing collection project voiceover done for a man I met at a bar. Nothing ever became of it, but it still remains in my collection. There more, but I can show better than I can tell.

My Voice Experience

Everything that I'm doing at this point are my own projects, which helps to keep me shape. I've done promotions, one at this time will be introducted January 23, 2009 for my son's party Febuary 28, 2009. Another for a Pastor's Birthday on January 18, 2009. There's always something that I'm working on. In the coming spring of 2009, My project, started at Specs in 06' will be Podcasted. As you can see, my drive has been and is the company I've been working for and I love it.

My Training

Earlier I mentioned that I attended Specs Howard School of Broadcast Arts and yes, I received my diploma with a concentration in radio. While attending we learned both audio and video in the first half, in the second half, we chose the direction we wanted to take. So all the skills I have such as writing news reports as well as
commercials in my own words,was part of the requirement for receiving a diploma.

Additional Skills

When it comes to voiceover production, I'm always looking for new projects, it could be doing a DJ show to record to a CD, someone may need a promotional CD. In other words, staying at it is a must for me. With the job I've had over the last five years, working at an auto parts store, I do understand customer service, a highly important skill in any field of work. Friendly, fast, and caring service is becoming hard to come across, but I do my best to provide just that to keep people coming back.
