My Voice Experience

Having a lot of experience with different type of sounds, since I've grauated at a Music & Art Highschool,I've become involved in developing the commercial radio stations that raised in Romania after 1989, as a musical editor but also as a moderator, DJ, news editor and presenter, commercial voice etc. That's why the work with the microphone becomed my favourite work, and I've developed my voice to be suitable for any part of a radio station program. I use to call it my hobby, but in fact is a very serious and intense training - to be the true master of your voice, to convince the hearers that YOU are the one that they want and must listen, to capture attention of everyone when you open the mic, even when you tell stupid things - that are just a few goals that I've tried to achieve in the past 10 years, working at local radio stations. The listeners opinion is that I've got the best combination of voice-style-story in this region...my opinion - I'm not really satisfied and I think I still have a lot of work to do to achieve my goals. Nowadays my voice is very popular in Transilvania because of the comecials I've recorded for hundreds of products. Spoking of that part of my work, I'm sure I was a gifted one from the beinning, being able to understand the client's needs, the type of voice and the interpretation he needs after reading a few times the scenario. That's why in most cases, the first take, is the good one, and the producers are vey pleased to work with me.

My Training

I've started my "voice carier" in 1995, when Radio Contact Romania has opened a local radio station in Targu Mures. My voice has been noticed and soond after, I was called to present radio shows in Bucharest, for the Radio Contact Romania country network. Because they needed me in Bucharest for that, I've declined the offer, instead I've left for another big network, Uniplus Radio, who also have opened a local radio station. Since 1999 I am woking at Radio GaGa, the most popular local radio station.
I had have the luck to study with a lot of talented people involved in this business, beginning with the trainings with the belgians team of Radio Contact (1995) and continuing with study seminaries in Hungaria. In 1993, after graduating a special school, I've had obtain the license to work with any kind of voice devices in the civil aviation in Romania. (Strange qualification, isn't it?)
Regarding my other activities - I've graduated the Romanian Civil Aviation Academy in 1992, the IT college earlier this year and now I'm continuing my studies at Petru Maior University Targu Mures in order to become an IT specialist. I do have a lot of qualifications - between them: fine mechanic specialist, knitting machine technician, PC operator/integrator/depanator, IT technician, network projectant & consulting, cabling specialist, air trafic controller, ISO consultant etc. (I've been very busy the past 39 years....)
