I can make my voice sound warm sensual and sexy, or deep and rasphy, I can also sound silky smooth as creamy milk, I can sound confident, abrupt and to the point. Unfortunately I can speak only one language, English I was born in New York City, but raised in Shreveport, La. and now live in Dallas, Texas, so I can do a southern drawl, slang or a northern "Yo, What's up."

My Voice Experience

I am confident enough to know that voice over is something that I have always been intrested in and know that I am a star with a bright light that is going to change my life and the this industry that I am about to enter. I have worked in customer service for a total of 15 years getting my voice ready practicing my dialect, using headphones and covering one ear, using headphone and covering both ears, listening the entire time at the different sounds that the voice make, listening for the rising and falling of the voice while prononcing vowels and syllables, paying attention to diction making the person on the other end comfortable to be themselves, thats who I am and thats what I am it took me a long time to figure it out but now that I have gotten it, I am ready.

My Training

I never took any classes or coaching sessions or seminars or workshops, I just went to work and studied myself, I was the project and I was responsible for getting this project off the ground, I call it a work in progress. Once I get into this industry I do plan on expanding on my skills and taking my voice to another level. The one voice I truely love and I think is very distinct above many is the narration that the late Paul Winfield did for so many years on the A&E network, City Confidential I long to have that unique sound and quality the ability to tell a story and make you feel as if you were right in the middle of the story. Oh and I love Bill Kurtis also on the A&E network narration of American Justice.

Additional Skills

As a customer service representative each and everyone of my supervisor's and managers have always fell in love with my tone, they would always say that my tone is one in a million. I would love to do a hold message as a start or phone recording because that is what I have the most experience in.
