My Voice Experience

I have been an actress since the age of five. Throughout my childhood, teenage, and young-adult years I participated in many plays and musicals, performing a variety of roles. Taking direction is no issue for me.

For many years I was known as the "Voice of Mr. Jim's Pizza" in Arlington, Texas, where I worked on the phones taking orders and handling customer service issues. I was singled out by the franchise owners to record the menu options and list the various specials available; I renewed the recording many times over the years, even after leaving the company.

I was also chosen to record the IVR menu options for Citi Capital customer service, becoming the "Voice of Citi." I am currently the first voice that hundreds of clients hear every day when calling the Client Service Center. I have also been the first chosen to record miscellaneous projects such as Out of Office messages, Inclement Weather messages, and Closed for the Holiday messages.

I love performing, have a strong voice, and am willing to take on any challenge presented to me. I have a voice that needs to be heard!

Additional Skills

I have worked for the past 7 years as an on-phone customer service rep. My voice has been used to calm clients, imply authority, inspire confidence, and direct conversation in a real-time atmosphere. I've had many years and thousands of instances in which to develop and hone these skills; I feel confident in my ability to project the attitude and emotion required for the situation.
