My voice over talent is very versatile in that as children my brothers and I were always doing impressions to make our parents laugh. As an opera trained vocalist my voice can hit a wide range and warmth as well as light and energetic will easily describe my ability. Am able to do a variety of accents such as British, Hispanic, Middle eastern and am willing to try any other accents as well as urban or regional dialects.

My Voice Experience

Having come from a family of entertainers and comedians, our experience in doing voices( mostly imitations of family members) is vast. When family members from the old country would come to visit, I would hone my skills in imitation as i would surely be playing them in a skit soon after they boarded the plane back to Europe. I studied Italian opera for several years and am an accomplished musician and vocalist. Blessed with one side of my family from New York and the other side from the very deep south and a father who was in the air force, I was able to travel to various countries and regions and always loved language, humor and the art of impersonation. I sang jingles for commercials and played in a rock band as a teen and younger woman. Was a guest several times on a morning talk show as a local club celebrity in Columbia, South Carolina and did many of the voice-overs and jingles for their sponsors advertisements. Sang jingles for places like stereo shops outside of Boston to local commercials in my home town of Rome, New York. Also loved English and took several courses and classes on speech, enunciation, and grammar as well as my musical and performing arts electives.

Additional Skills

As an RN with a degree in nursing I am very intelligent and quick to learn. My pronunciation of words is impeccable and of, course, anything in the field of science or medicine I should be very familiar with. I am very well-read and familiar with many topics. This should be very valuable with any voiceover work.
