Heather is a versatile and seasoned actor with over ten years of theatrical experience which she brings behind the mic. She has lent her voice to companion characters in video games and added flavor voices for game apps. Heather has had the great opportunity voice both pre-lay and dubbed animation, and she has been the voice of several phone systems and automatic advertising campaigns as well as interactive comics and radio dramas.
Heather studied at the Edge studio in NY with Jay Snyder, Noelle Romano, and Randye Kaye. Heather has delved into intensive classes with Disney's Ned Lott at Igloo studios and Toni Oliver at BangZoom entertainment. She has received one on one instruction from great coaches like Jeff Jones, Chris Borders, Roy Yokelson, and Andrea Toyias at Voice Trax west, and will continue to get involved in ongoing education since it's her belief that even the most seasoned professional can learn something from other people.
Heather has been on stage as a theatrical actor since she was very young, performing in musical theater and drama. She studied acting and scene work at Gateway Playhouse in NY and had private vocal coaching while playing Maria in West Side Story. Heather has studied improv technique with CM Performing arts in NY and continues to do so here in LA.
Heather's home studio includes a condenser microphone with preamp and Audacity for the PC and Mac. She has FTP and other upload capabilities. Heather also has easy access to recording studios outside of her home base.
Heather has worked in animation on projects like "The Ambiguously Gay Duo" and Stephen Colbert's "Tec Jensen". She's a soprano, a fire spinner, a fencer and stage combatant (for any performance capture needs), and speaks Japanese.
