My Voice Experience

My voice has led many of the choices made in my life. The stage claimed it first with choirs and vocal training. Not far behind was the world of theatre where many voices were born to create true characters. Along the way I found a love for a quiet studio, words on a page and the ability to create with a microphone a feeling, a story, a moment. I was told that I was a hidden treasure while recording in a studio several years ago...I should say, my voice was the hidden treasure. I had no idea that I would enjoy it so much. My recording experience is limited but the characters and stories have been growing through plays, education and acting training for years.

My Training

Attended BYU for Theatre and Film, trained with Neil LaBute, Rob Diamond, University of North Texas and smaller acting classes in Los Angeles and Salt Lake City. I have a generous range from alto 2 to soprano 1 and have had the joy of performing in show choirs, traveling musicals and local performances.
