Voice Description
Casual conversationalist though I usually am, I can vary wildly as needed, and people who've heard me entertain for a while have said they just can't put a face to that voice. I guess that's fine, since my friends can't put the voice to my face either!
Well, check back later when inspiration for a real description has struck me!

My Voice Experience
Oh, that's it! This is where I tell you why I'm here! Do you know about websites like Livestream, where you can broadcast live audio and video content to large audiences?
In early 2009, I started "streaming" video games on one Livestream channel, and I would do commentary as I played. People seemed to fall in love with my default broadcaster voice and its infinite humorous variations. Although I refused to let that give me a big head, it was a serious self-confidence boost, and it opened my eyes to new possibilities.
Despite this "critical acclaim", I feel my weaknesses sharply and strive to improve every chance I get. Voice123 is to be the way for me to help clients out with their projects and learn from them at the same time. Excitement grips me like a swarm of bugs in the shape of a prehensile tail that has opposable thumbs!
My Training
Anything in which I learned about doing voice overs? Self-taught as of now, but I understand the need for training. I'm always looking for chances to improve, so someday I'll definitely have something official to put here.
Oh hey, I picked the music option all through high school, and I'm studying translation at the moment, which includes some heavy writing classes! That can kind of count, right?
My Studio Equipment
On the hardware side, an audio-technica AT3035 Cardioid Condenser Microphone hooked up to an M-Audio Fast Track Pro preamp.
Right now I'm using Audacity to record and edit tracks. Hey, don't call it the weakest link! It does the job! :)
Additional Skills
I'm a university student studying translation, so my level of attention to detail is through the roof! If you feel your script or copy could use some tidying up, I'm here for you. And of course, if something feels off I'll notify you and we can work it out. Well, despite my perfectionist tendencies I can take direction without complaint so it's really up to you.
