My Voice Experience

I've been performing as a voiceover artist since 1997 - Successful projects include: I'm an on-camera performer as well and my extensive on-camera experience as an actor, narrator and host allows me to be comfortable behind the mic and gives me a wealth of material to draw from during each and every voiceover project. My performance was used in radio spots for the DC Lottery, KSM Telecom, IWIF(heard during Baltimore Ravens games) and BGE (Baltimore Gas and Electric)among others. My voice can also be heard in numerous training video narrations for the United States Coast Guard as well as the United States Postal Service and other government agencies.

My Training

I'm a college grad with a BS in Communications. I started behind the camera after college working at a local cable station. My experience as an editor working with commercial reels for NBC affilliate WWLP in Springfield MA got me interested in the power of a well done commercial. I moved in front of the camera as a sportscaster and news anchor, sharpening my skills as a copy interpreter.
Other Formal training includes past membership in Toastmasters International and numerous and continuing workshops and classes in drama, cold reading, acting, auditioning and script interpretation.

My Studio Equipment

Home studio includes:
Sweetwater Creation Station PC
M-Audio Firewire 410
BX5a Monitors
KSM27 Mic
Pro-Tools M-powered software

Additional Skills

Experience helps provide "back story" when bringing copy to life... My extensive "White Collar" experience (former customer service manager for a psychiatric book publisher, licensed credit counselor) AND extensive "Blue Collar" experience (flooring trade, construction/demolition, furniture delivery, restaurant cook, fedEx delivery courier)lends plenty to draw from when performing.
I competed at the collegiate level in football and have some experience in many different sports including martial arts, fitness, weight training, snow and water skiing, softball, wrestling and track & field. I am happily married (no kids...YET!)
