My Voice Experience

Honestly I am just staring out in Voice Over having finished taken a formal class. My motivation in Voice Over came through two recent experiences. The first voice recognition at a store, and the second was at a pistons game.

1. While at a local automotive supply store, I was at the counter speaking to the sales person and a lady behind me said " I heard your voice and instantly I knew it was you". She was an intern who I hired over 15 years ago who knew my voice.
2. The second was while at a pistons game the local game announcer was not present and a sub was used. The game was less than entertaining and what made matters worse is that the announcer was so boring and lifeless that it made the game even more painfull to enjoy. My son turned to me and sad "Dad you could do better than that guy"

I have arrangements with Michigan Actors Studio to do recording on demand. Studio includes soundproof booth with over 42,000 in audio recording, editing equipment.
