Voice Description

My voice is fairly flexible. I can do warm and deep for narrations or radio station idents. I can also do upbeat male voices for commercials, games, etc. I lived in London for the past five years also so I've been told that I can turn a British(particularly Central London and South London) accent on and off at will.
I also speak Portuguese at Intermediate-level fluency so I can do basic ads, commercials or phrases for a Brazilian audience

My Voice Experience

As an American in London from 2000-2005, I had many voice over opportunities offered. Some of the leads I was able to pursue included working at the Coppernob Radio Network and doing radio station idents and hosting the popular weekly radio show called "The Foundation".

In addition to that I was a judge for the annual Prince's Trust Urban Music Event which required a lot of speaking on my part speaking with and introducing music, fashion and film celebrities.

I have also recorded the phone system prompts for the promotion company, Promo Only.

My Training

I took several classes in London on voice technique at seminars sponsored by the Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham as well as masterclasses at the Urban Music Seminars from 2002-2005.

In addition to that I was a music producer and one half of the production team, Afreex, whose credits include remix work for P Diddy, Nelly, Erykah Badu and Jay-Z.

Under the Afreex moniker, we also created original music production for established and aspiring UK recording artists who were featured on our self-produced, 2005 Urban Music Award- winning compilation, Union Black
