My Voice Experience

My voice can be heard on over 60 feature films and television programs. I stumbled into "ADR looping" in 1997 when I was asked by director Whit Stillman to provide upscale nightclub "walla" for the film "The Last Days of Disco" and have been working steadily ever since. Looping or "walla" is the movie term for background voices in bars, stadiums, restaurants, etc which is inserted into films and T.V. programs to add atmosphere to a scene. In addition to general "walla", often specific lines are inserted into the project to further establish the mood of the story.

Among the countless bits I've had the pleasure of doing, I've provided the voices of "Mission Control" in "A Walk on the Moon" and "The Astronaut's Wife", countless cops and thugs in "Shaft", "Belly", and "Murder in a Small Town", various rednecks in "O Brother Where Art Thou?", French tourists in "The Talented Mr. Ripley", French croupiers and gamblers in "Shanghai", soldiers and pilots in "The Day the Earth Stood Still", and even a porn actor in "Sex and the City". (I didn't tell my Mom about that one) I was fortunate to work on 5 of the 6 seasons of HBO's hit show.

I have extensive experience and skill in providing voice-match for actors. John Malkovich, James Marsden, Alec Baldwin, John Cusack, Steve Martin, Chris Noth, Christian Bale, David Strathairn, James Cromwell, and Ryan Phillippe are among the many I've matched.

I've also voiced animated characters for films and TV. I created the voice of "Duck" in Nickleodeon's "Duck, Duck, Goose", as well as, "Meshu" in "The Legend of Lemnear" and "Arslan" in "The Legend of Arslan" two Japanese Anime cult classics.

My voice can also be heard in many commercials.
