My Voice Experience

I have been in radio for the past 16 years, mostly working in small markets. This has been beneficial to my developement as a professional voice talent, as I have done more voice-overs than most larger market personalities, simply because smaller markets mean fewer staff. I have always had excellent responses to my voiceover work and when called upon, can do just about anything!

My Training

Nothing but the school of hard knocks for me! I took a 4 week crash course at a fly by night DJ school in 1991, and was almost immediately hired on as an air
talent. Since that time, I have done tons of voice overs, countless commercials, public service announcements, promos, live reads and
thousands and thousands of hours as a live radio host.

If it's personality you want, then it's personality you get. Again, I never went to college. I spent all my time hanging around radio peope in my youth. From the wacky morning guy, to the laid back night time jock. From the wannabe rock stars to smarmy salespeople, I have seen it all in the radio biz. Every one of those characters I have met along the way has shaped my career and made me a unique character in my own right.
