My Training

Giovanni is a skilled actor who trained for many years between Rome, Milan and London with the most well known actors and voice coaches. Alongside an academic degree in linguistics, which established a solid basis for the development of a spotless command and pronunciation of the standard Italian language, he trained extensively in acting, improvisation, voice acting, dubbing and voice over.
Giovanni has several years of theatre work under his belt and has worked with acclaimed theatre and film directors in Italy.
Over his extensive career he focused particularly on the continuous exploration and development of the voice as the most powerful tool available to the actor.
He has been working behind the microphone for over 20 years and is an established and awarded voice talent.

Giovanni has an impeccable diction and pronunciation - the Italian equivalent of Queen’s English - completely free from any regional accents and inflections! A very rare quality indeed, despite what many other Italian voice talents claim, and therefore a sure bet for a 100% standard Italian pronunciation.

Some Italian "professionals" out there seem to believe it’s a good idea to blatantly copy Giovanni’s original and proprietary voice descriptions and marketing texts and include them in their own profiles on this and other websites, without even being capable of changing them appropriately - so that at least they wouldn’t stand out as derivative material of an extremely poor quality! That is certainly a proof of their professionalism!
